With a career spanning brands like Mercer, Marsh McLennan and Ernst & Young, Liz brings decades of hands-on experience in people strategy, transformation and leadership development. She’s the go-to HR advisor for ambitious leaders navigating growth, change, or complexity — and a trusted mentor for HR professionals stepping into standalone or inherited roles. When she’s not untangling HR challenges with calm and clarity, you’ll find her spending time with her family or jetting off on solo travel adventures (she swears she’d be a travel blogger in another life!).

COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING
Meet Amanda, Ambition HR’s communications whiz who has a knack for making complex changes feel smooth, clear, and even exciting. She brings deep experience in launching major rebrands, influencing Government policy and guiding organisations like Lloyds Bank through large-scale mergers—from careful messaging to seamless integration. Having run pubs for a spell to tick a lifelong ambition off her bucket list, she’s now back crafting transformation communications. When she’s not working, Amanda is running around after her three daughters and six mischievous Cocker Spaniel puppies.

A passionate & experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant, Leader and Ally, Liz works with businesses, education and community groups to have very real and honest conversations about diversity, inclusion and belonging. Her main focus is on how behaviour and culture can enable positive change.
